Can I Use My BDOW! Install Code on More Than One Website?

No, your BDOW! install code should be used on only one website domain. Each BDOW! registration is unique and assigned a specific SiteID. This SiteID is tied to your subscription, campaigns, popups, and overall settings, making it essential to use the correct SiteID for each website.

What’s a SiteID?

A SiteID is your unique identifier for BDOW!. When you register, BDOW! assigns each of your websites a separate SiteID to manage campaigns, analytics, and user interactions. You can register as many site as needed, but keep in mind that each one is linked to its own subscription and thus, it's own SiteID.

What About Subdomains?

If you’re working with subdomains (e.g., shop.yourdomain.com), you’re in luck! You can and should use the same SiteID as your primary domain. This ensures that all your data—emails sent, campaigns run, and stats tracked—reflects everything happening across both your main domain and subdomains.

What If I Have Multiple Websites?

When you have multiple distinct websites, you’ll need to set up a new SiteID for each. Unfortunately, settings, data, and analytics won’t function properly across multiple sites. Since nothing can be merged, transferred, or shared between different SiteIDs, it’s best to create a unique SiteID for every website to keep things organized and running smoothly. By keeping everything linked to the correct SiteID, you ensure your BDOW! setup remains seamless, whether you're running campaigns or reviewing your analytics. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to BDOW! support for help with setup or managing multiple websites.
