Questions about our blue login badge? You've come to the right place!

When you install BDOW! (formerly Sumo) on your site, the badge is automatically hidden so you can manage your account by going to sumo.com/sites If you would prefer to show the badge, you can do that in a few simple steps.

Hiding/Displaying the Sumo Badge

1 To keep the Sumo badge from appearing on your site or to display it when it's hidden, login to your Sumo installation. Click the Profile icon in the upper right hand corner and select Settings.

Logging in without the Badge

If you need to log into Sumo after hiding the Login Badge you have a few options:

1 Log in through sumo.com/sites and click the Manage button to the right of your Sumo Site

2 Direct URL Access: Add /#/sumome/app/login to the end of your website's URL (e.g. https://sumo.com/#/sumome/app/login)

If nothing happens, then Sumo is not installed on that page!

3 Secret handshake: Open up your website in a browser, click on any white/empty space on the page. Now type: sumo<up-arrow-cursor-key> (so "sumo" and then the up arrow on your keyboard)

4 The Sumo Chrome Extension (Chrome Only): After installing, go to your website where Sumo is installed and click on the blue Sumo icon to login.
