BDOW! (formerly Sumo) will govern the appearance of campaign forms on every page where the embed script is installed. Most websites and WordPress blogs will have some method of editing a global (or root) template file—once you install BDOW! on this global file, the embed script will load throughout your entire site and forms will display everywhere.
However, if you are unable to edit the global file, you will have to place our BDOW! install code in the <body> section of each page where you need to display campaign forms.
