If you have a campaign form on one BDOW! site and would like to reuse it, you have the ability to export it (along with all its settings and rules) and import it on another site.

While export/import is similar to the templates feature and the use of Share Keys, this process works directly with campaign forms. Export/import is great if you just need to quickly reuse a form and are not worried about converting it to a template for future use. It is also handy as a quick method of backing up your forms.

Exporting the campaign form

  1. Log into the BDOW! site manager and navigate to Campaigns > Forms.

  2. Hover over Edit and select Export.

  3. This will open a new window where you can select which settings you wish to export. Some of the basic form settings are not listed as export options (such as frequency, display mode, and goal) as they will always be exported. Finally, you can rename the export, if needed.

  4. The campaign form will automatically be downloaded to your device with a .sumo extension. These files can be imported into to any BDOW! site.

Importing a campaign form

Importing an exported BDOW! campaign form file is quick and easy!

  1. Log into the BDOW! site manager and access the Campaigns > Forms tab.

  2. Click the Upload Campaign button.

  3. Find the form file you previously downloaded (it will have a .sumo extension), and the form should show up in your Forms with all the exported settings!
