Getting BDOW! up and running on Squarespace is quick and easy, but it will require use of the code injection feature. Code injection is only available on Squarespace's premium plans.
The first thing you will need is the BDOW! embed code. Copy it by navigating to Site Settings > Details and clicking the View Install Code button. Next, scroll down and click the Universal Installation Code button:
Adding BDOW! to your Squarespace site
As a JavaScript embed, BDOW! is installed on Squarespace via the code injection feature—simply take the script from above and apply it to your site by following the code injection guide on the Squarespace support site.
To install BDOW! sitewide:
Login to your Squarespace account, then navigate to Utilities > Website Tools.
Select the Code Injection menu item.
In the Header area, paste the BDOW! script.
Be sure to save your changes.
That's it! Return to BDOW! and start crafting your campaigns!
Can I limit BDOW! to a specific page?
Yes, but you will need to access code injection in the Page settings.
Hover over the page and click the gear icon.
Click Advanced.
Paste the BDOW! embed script in the Page Header Code Injection field.
Troubleshooting
"We detected an error loading your site preview"
You're likely trying to access BDOW! from your Squarespace backend, but this is not supported. Try viewing your BDOW! campaigns directly from the front-end of your website.
