Image Sharer ignores images that meet certain criteria so that we don't disrupt the normal behavior of most websites.

We ignore all images inside forms because they're usually reserved for things specifically related to submitting information or registering for something and we don't want to interrupt that process.

If you were to move those images out of the form, or condense your form to be more specifically just around the actual form elements/data that you're collecting than it would function as expected.

Image Sharer also only works on images that are at least 150px by 150px.
