Caching services like W3 Total Cache may interrupt with BDOW!'s (formerly Sumo) ability to serve popups on pages due to the cache of pages on your website.

In order to resolve this conflict with W3 Total Cache, you'll need to disable setting that minifies your Javascript code.

How to Disable JavaScript Minifcation on W3 Total Cache:

In order to exclude JS from being minified, you will want to:

1. Navigate to the "Minify" menu item within your Wordpress Dashboard

2. Make sure that the JS minify settings are not enabled.

3. Click 'Save all settings'
