First, make sure you've read our guide on Sumo Fields to see all of the available options.

Now, let's add some extra fields!

Open your Popup and choose the Design tab

Add an input field to your form located at the top of your form

Select either Hidden Field

IMPORTANT: You will be using a custom field, so remember the name you're using for that field!

Log into your MailerLite account

Set up Custom Fields in MailerLite for each extra field you're collecting in your Sumo opt-in forms

Make sure the Custom Field Merge Tags match the variable names you chose in your Sumo opt-in form!
