Log into your website's WP Admin dashboard. Then navigate to your Installed plugins page
Find the plugin named BDOW!. If there's an update available, you'll see a link you can click on labeled update now. Click on that to start the update.
After a few seconds, you should see confirmation that the plugin has been updated!
