Klaviyo integration details
🚨 NOTE: The V1/V2 Legacy Klaviyo API will be deprecated on June 30, 2024. Please reauthorize your Klaviyo integration ASAP to ensure no interruption in service. This can be done in Settings > Integrations.
You can clear the notification in your account by disconnecting the old Klaviyo integration or reauthorizing with the new integration.
Key integration features:
Mailing List: Select a Klaviyo mailing list to push new subscribers to.
Connecting to Klaviyo in BDOW!
Log into BDOW! (formerly Sumo)
2. Choose the site you would like to connect to Klaviyo.
3. Open the Settings menu at the top-right of the dashboard and select Settings
4. Click on the Integrations tab at the top
5. Find Klaviyo and click "connect".
6. To start your account, click "connect".
7. Enter your Klaviyo login information. (Please note to connect to your Klaviyo account, you no longer need to the API key. Instead you connect directly with your Klaviyo account credentials.)
8. Open your email to copy and paste the verification email.
9. Select your account to install with.
10. Allow BDOW! (formerly Sumo) to talk with Klaviyo.
11. Click on "Allow" at the bottom of the pop-up.
12. Select a Mailing List to push new BDOW! (formerly Sumo) subscribers to...
13. Click "Save" and let the excitement begin!
Setting up extra fields in Klaviyo
BDOW! (formerly Sumo) offers the ability to set up multiple fields in your opt-in forms. This include standard fields such as First Name, Last Name and Phone Number. You can also set up completely Custom Fields or Hidden Fields!

Choosing separate lists per-popup
In BDOW! (formerly Sumo), you can choose to push different Campaigns/Popups to different lists in Klaviyo.
