Just uninstall the BDOW! (formerly Sumo) app from your Shopify store, and your plan will be automatically set to cancel. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.
Uninstall via Shopify App
To uninstall an app from Shopify, follow these steps:
Login to Your Shopify Admin Dashboard:
Use your store credentials to log in at Shopify Admin.
Go to the Apps Section:
From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the Apps section on the left-hand menu.
Find the BDOW!:
In the Apps section, you'll see a list of all installed apps. Locate BDOW!.
Click the Delete Button:
Next to the app, click the Delete button (it usually looks like a trash icon).
Confirm Uninstallation:
A pop-up will ask for confirmation. You can also provide optional feedback explaining why you’re uninstalling the app. (We'd love to hear why you're removing BDOW! through the app or you can email us, too, if you have a minute.)
Once you provide feedback (optional), confirm the deletion by clicking Delete.
That’s it! Your BDOW! subscription will be canceled automatically once the app is removed.
Test Your Store:
After uninstalling the app, it's good practice to test your website to ensure everything functions correctly and that no app-related code remains.
