Just uninstall the BDOW! app from your Shopify store, and your plan will be automatically set to cancel. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.
Uninstall via Shopify App
To uninstall an app from Shopify, follow these steps:
Access your Shopify dashboard by logging in at Shopify Admin with your store credentials.
From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the Apps section on the left-hand menu.
In the Apps section, you'll see a list of all installed apps. Locate BDOW!.
Next to the app, click the Delete button (it usually looks like a trash icon).
You will be prompted for confirmation and given the opportunity to provide feedback. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete.
(While feedback is optional, we'd love to hear why you're removing BDOW! through the app or you can email us, too, if you have a minute).
Your BDOW! subscription will be canceled automatically once the app is removed.
After uninstalling, it is good practice to test your website to ensure everything still functions correctly and that no app-related code remains.
