1 Go to our Password Recovery tool.

2 Enter your email address and click Forgot My Password.

3 An email should be sent to your email address within the next few minutes. Click the link inside and you can create a new password for your Sumo account.

4 If you didn't receive the email from us after 5-10 minutes, we recommend checking your Spam or Promotions folder.
