While we would hate to see you go, you can choose to cancel your subscription with BDOW! (formerly Sumo) at any time. Also, you have the option to resubscribe to a subscription you previously canceled, should you change your mind down the road.
How can I cancel?
Just email us with the Site ID and email address attached to the account. We will get you squared away.
Ready to come back?
Great! Log into the account your site was connected to originally.
Click on the URL of the listed sites in your account.
Go to the top right "person" icon. Click on "Billing".
Choose your plan and follow the prompts.
