While we would hate to see you go, you can choose to cancel your subscription with BDOW! (formerly Sumo) at any time. Also, you have the option to resubscribe to a subscription you previously canceled, should you change your mind down the road.

You can cancel yourself by logging into your billing portal first Here.

Once you have logged in you can choose to cancel your subscription or make any changes to it that you'd like. Click on the Cancel button.

Once you have done that it will bring you to this screen to make sure this is what you want to do. Here you will click on Cancel My Subscription and you are done. Also, please feel free to give us feedback here. We want to know how your experience with us was and if we can improve or what we are doing well with.

Or you can just email us with the Site ID and email address attached to the account. We will get you squared away.

Great! Log into the account your site was connected to originally. Once you've logged back in you will see this page.

Once you have clicked on Change Plan you will be taken to the page with plan options.

Choose your plan and follow the prompts. And welcome back!
