Preventing your campaign forms from appearing to your employees

Configure a special display rule that hides campaign forms when a team member visits your website.

There may be certain instances where you want to prevent BDOW! campaign forms from displaying to you and members of your team. In order to do this, you will need to configure your forms so that they do not display for users that have logged into the BDOW! site manager.

You can do this by creating a Display Rule that checks for the __smUser cookie, which is set when your log into can be done by creating the Display Rule, "Don't Show when Cookie named __smUser exists" within each of your BDOW! forms.

The __smUser cookie is set when you login to BDOW! on your website. This means that after you and your team logs in, the cookie will be set, and forms will no longer display.

Disable Popups From Displaying When Logged Into BDOW!

Setting this up requires you to complete the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Form of your choice within your BDOW! dashboard.

  2. Click the "Visibility" tab.
