By default, BDOW! (formerly Sumo) campaign forms are set to display on every page. This might be sufficient for some use cases, but you probably have specific campaign forms built for specific purposes, and you need to control exactly where and when they appear on your website. For these use cases, you can setup Display Rules!

What are Display Rules?

Display Rules are simply rules that tell your campaign form to display or not display when certain conditions are met.

We recommend checking out our comprehensive guide to Display Rules, but if you'd like to jump in and start exploring:

  1. Edit the campaign form which needs more granular control

  2. In the design tool, navigate to the Visibility tab

  3. Disable Smart Mode, which activates the advanced display options

From there, you can start adding rules and conditions!

You can apply some very advanced logic by defining multiple rules and conditions!

What if my Display Rules aren't working?

We have a troubleshooting guide for Display Rules here. We cover a lot of the common issues that prevent forms from appearing as expected.
