By default, BDOW! (formerly Sumo) forms and apps, such as Share, are set to display on every page by default. If you would like to configure your forms or apps to display on specific pages, you will need to setup Display Rules. Let's dig in!

What are Display Rules?

Display Rules are simply rules that tell your form/app to display or not display when certain conditions are met.

You can find your Display Rules for your forms by following the steps below:

1 Click on the Forms text in the BDOW! navigation menu.

3 Navigate to the Visibility tab, and click View What's Going On if your form is in "Smart Mode." (If your form isn't in Smart Mode, skip to the next step)

Show Rules

Show Rules allow you to set conditions for when your form should display specifically. For example, if you would like for your form to display on your homepage only. You would setup a Show Rule that indicates the form should show on the homepage.

Note: Once you setup a Show Rule, your forms will only display once the conditions for the Show Rule(s) have been met.

In order to setup a Show Rule, follow the steps below:

1 Click on the Forms text in the Sumo navigation menu.

This will set your form to display on your Homepage only In order to add more pages for your form to display on, simply create more Show Rules.

Don't Show Rules

Don't Show Rules allow you to set conditions for when your form should not display. For example, if you would like for your form to not display on your homepage. You would setup a Don't Show Rule that indicates the form should not show on the homepage.

Note: Setting up a Don't Show Rule tells your form to never display when the conditions in the rule are met. If there is ever a conflict between a Show Rule and Don't Show Rule, the Don't Show Rule will take precedence.

In order to setup a Don't Show Rule, follow the steps below:

1 Click on the Forms text in the Sumo navigation menu.
