The best way to receive notifications for successful activity on a campaign form is to enable the Success Emails feature. Available to sites on the Plus plan, after each subscription BDOW! will send the site owner an email detailing the form's field data.

This an especially useful tool for contact forms, as you can be notified as soon as someone completes your form (and without the need to configure any special integrations).

Enabling Success Email Notifications

Success Email notifications are enabled on a form-by-form basis. To do so:

  1. Log into your site manager

  2. Navigate to the Campaigns tab

  3. Open the form for which you want to receive notifications

  4. Go to the Success tab

  5. Scroll down to the Receive Success Email section and toggle Enable Notifications

That's it! You're form is ready to send success notifications!

What About Subscriber Notifications?

The Subscriber Notifications feature under the form's Visibility tab is similar, but it only sends high-level updates to the BDOW! notification center (which you can reach via the bell icon in the upper-right corner).

Unlike with Success Emails, you will not receive a notice outside of the BDOW! site manager, nor will you get a full breakdown of the form field data.

Troubleshooting Success Email Notifications

If you received a new subscriber but do not see an email in your inbox, the most common issue is that the message was sent to your Spam folder. We recommend checking that first.

It is also important to remember that only the site owner will receive notifications; any additional users—even those with the Admin role—will not get notified.
