Update Billing: Managing your Subscriptions and Payment Method

This article covers how to make changes to your current BDOW! subscription as well as how to manage your payment methods.

Manage Your Billing

After you successfully log in, we need to navigate to the Billing page for the subscription you want to modify. This section covers the steps to get there, which vary slightly depending on the specific pricing tier you are currently on.

1. First, login into the BDOW! Site Manager located HERE. After you logging in, choose the site you want to manage. Go to Site>Settings>Billing.

2. Are you upgrading your planner more BDOW! benefits? Or maybe you don't have a planned are embarking on a new conversion adventure! If you do not currently have a subscription, or want to upgrade your subscription, click on "Upgrade". You will be taken to a page with the pricing options.

3. There are a few different options. The "Starter" plan is for removing the logo, first and foremost. The "Plus" and "Pro" plan are for the BDOW!er that wants to use the display rules, the success options, the whole enchilada. The main difference between these two options it the "plus" plan is for just one site. While the "Pro" plan can have up to 3 separate sites.

4. Click on the subscription that will take you to the next level of conversion. If you're new, welcome! You will be taken to a page to fill in your information. If you are upgrading from a previous subscription, you will be escorted to our secure billing portal where you can update your information. Here you will be able to update your payment method, change your subscription, and make any changes to your account.
