BDOW! allows you to save your campaign form designs as templates, but you can also make these templates available for download by other users. Members of the BDOW! community can easily share high-quality designs with one another by distributing template share keys. This is also a great way for teams to maintain consistency across company forms without having to repeatedly clone existing campaigns.
Sharing Your Template
If you have a particular form you would like to share as a template, first access the form in the BDOW! site manager. When the form is ready, just click the share icon in the design toolbar.
You will see a popup with the share key. Just click Copy Key to make your design available for download! It will also place this template's unique share key on your clipboard. Give the key to other BDOW! users and they will be able to add a copy of your campaign form to My Templates.
If you change your mind and decide not to share the template, simply click the Cancel button to return to the editor.
Importing a Shared Template
If you have been given a share key and would like to add the design to your My Templates list, open the campaign form editor. If you do not intend to immediately utilize the template, we recommend creating a fresh campaign form as downloading the template will also apply the design (or just be ready to discard the changes). Regardless of where it is originally downloaded, once you've applied a shared template to your account you can use it on any current or future campaign forms!
In the campaign form editor, go to the Design tab and My Templates, then click the Download Template button.
When the dialog box opens, paste the share key you've been given into the form field and click Download.
You will see the template load in the My Templates area, and the design itself will be applied to your current form type (even if that type is different from the original).
Maintaining Shared Templates
Once applied to your account, templates added via share key are maintained just like any other design in My Templates. Should you wish to edit the template's name or remove it entirely, just hover over the template and use the three dot menu to bring up the options.
Please note that deletes are permanent. If you wish to use a previously deleted template, you will need the share key to download it again.
