BDOW! integrates with the current version of <b>VerticalResponse (VR2)</b> and does not support <b>VerticalResponse Classic (VRC)</b>.

If your VerticalResponse account uses the Classic interface, BDOW! will not be able to connect to it. To use the BDOW! integration, you'll need to have an account on the current VerticalResponse platform.

If you're unsure which version you have, contact <a href="https://support.verticalresponse.com/hc/en-us" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">VerticalResponse Support</a> or log in to your account and compare the interface with their current Help Center documentation.
